Open ground suits a dance act, and the panda can lead a procession for as long as the band keeps playing. We ask how far the baraat will walk, so the performers pace themselves, and we bring water for the costumes on warm afternoons.
Schools in the town and the surrounding villages book us for annual days, where a single show may be the highlight of the year for several hundred children. We keep it bright, loud and easy to follow from the back of the ground.
